    We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your web app submission, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase—no questions asked.

    Eligibility

    • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
    • Only the one-time web app submission payment of ₹499 is eligible for refund.
    • Free features (browsing, starring, liking, commenting, bookmarking) do not involve payments and are not applicable for refunds.

    How to Request a Refund

    Please include your payment details, the email used during purchase, and the URL of the submitted web app. Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days.

    Non-Refundable Situations

    • Refund requests made after 30 days from the web app submission purchase.
    • Web apps that have been successfully listed and are receiving traffic.
    • Any misuse or abuse of our services that violates our Terms & Policies.
    • Web apps rejected due to policy violations or inappropriate content.

    What Happens After Refund

    If a refund is approved, your submitted web app will be removed from our platform and you will lose access to the web app submission slot. You can resubmit in the future by making a new payment.
