Terms of Service

Account Creation:

Account creation is required for certain features including submitting applications, liking, bookmarking, and commenting. We use Google OAuth for authentication, so you must have a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Account Responsibilities:

You must provide accurate and complete information and are responsible for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. One user may only submit one web application to our store.

Submission Requirements:

Users may submit one web application per account with submissions requiring payment of ₹499 (four hundred ninety-nine Indian Rupees). Submitted web application URLs must be accessible and functional, and applications must not violate our content policies.

Content Standards:

Web applications submitted must not:

• Contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Promote violence, discrimination, or hate speech
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Payment Terms:

All submissions require a non-refundable payment of ₹800 processed through Razorpay. No refunds will be provided except in cases of technical errors on our part, and prices are subject to change with notice.

User-Generated Content:

Users may contribute content through:

• Comments (limited to 50 characters)
• Ratings and reviews
• Application submissions

Content Ownership:

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Prohibited Conduct:

Users may not:

• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to manipulate ratings or rankings
• Use the service for commercial solicitation without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access our systems unauthorized

Platform Rights:

Urabin platform, design, and functionality are owned by the Company. Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements are protected, and you may not use our intellectual property without permission.

Respect for Others' Rights:

Users must respect intellectual property rights of others. We respond to valid DMCA takedown requests, and repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

Service Provision:

We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with notice, and scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability.

Third-Party Dependencies:

Our service relies on third-party providers including Google for authentication, Razorpay for payment processing, and various hosting and infrastructure services.

Service Disclaimers:

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party web applications and are not responsible for content or functionality of external websites.

Limitation of Liability:

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service.

Termination by User:

You may stop using the service at any time by discontinuing use and deleting your account.

Termination by Company:

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, illegal or harmful activity, technical or security reasons, or at our sole discretion with reasonable notice.
