Account Creation:

Account creation is required for certain features including submitting applications, liking, bookmarking, and commenting. We use Google OAuth for authentication, so you must have a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Account Responsibilities:

You must provide accurate and complete information and are responsible for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Submission Fee:

Submitting a web application to Urabin requires a one-time payment of $12. This fee covers the review process, listing, and ongoing maintenance of your application in our app store. The fee is non-refundable even if the application is rejected during the review process.

Submission Requirements:

Users may submit web applications upon payment of the submission fee. Submitted web application URLs must be accessible and functional, and applications must not violate our content policies.

Content Standards:

Web applications submitted must not:

• Contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Promote violence, discrimination, or hate speech
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Contain adult, explicit, or inappropriate content
• Promote scams, fraud, or deceptive practices

Review Process:

All submitted applications undergo a review process to ensure they meet our quality standards and content guidelines. We reserve the right to reject any application that doesn't meet our criteria. The review process typically takes 1-3 business days. The submission fee is non-refundable upon rejection.

Payment Processing:

All payments for submission fees and advertising services are processed securely through our payment partners. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of our payment processors.

Refund Policy:

Submission fees are non-refundable once paid, regardless of whether the submitted application is approved or rejected during the review process. Advertising service fees are non-refundable once the advertising period has commenced.

User-Generated Content:

Users may contribute content through:

• Comments (limited to 50 characters)
• Ratings and reviews
• Application submissions (subject to fee)
• Bookmarks and favorites

Content Ownership:

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Prohibited Conduct:

Users may not:

• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to manipulate ratings or rankings
• Use the service for commercial solicitation without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access our systems unauthorized
• Submit duplicate or low-quality applications
• Impersonate other individuals or organizations

Platform Rights:

Urabin platform, design, and functionality are owned by the Company. Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements are protected, and you may not use our intellectual property without permission.

Respect for Others' Rights:

Users must respect intellectual property rights of others. We respond to valid DMCA takedown requests, and repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated without refund of any fees paid.

Service Provision:

We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with notice, and scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability.

Third-Party Dependencies:

Our service relies on third-party providers including Google for authentication, and various hosting and infrastructure services.

Service Disclaimers:

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party web applications and are not responsible for content or functionality of external websites.

Limitation of Liability:

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service.

Termination by User:

You may stop using the service at any time by discontinuing use and deleting your account. No refunds will be provided for any fees paid.

Termination by Company:

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, illegal or harmful activity, technical or security reasons, or at our sole discretion with reasonable notice. No refunds will be provided upon termination for violation of terms.

Overview:

Urabin offers two developer plans: (a) General Developer - one-time submission to list a single web app, and (b) Premium Developer - a monthly subscription that unlocks premium features. Features and pricing may change from time to time with prior notice where required.

Eligibility and Submission Requirement:

• Premium Developer is available only after you have submitted a valid web app. The UI disables subscribing until submission is completed.
• Only one web app is permitted per user account on Urabin.
• We may reject, remove, or unlist submissions that violate our content standards without refund of fees already paid.

General Developer (One‑time Fee):

• One-time payment of $12 for review and listing. This fee is non‑refundable.
• Includes: instant launch after approval, do‑follow backlink, RSS feed integration, SEO auditor, embed feature badge, and other non‑premium benefits described on the plans page.

Premium Developer (Subscription):

• Monthly subscription currently priced at $19/month, billed via Dodo Payments, auto‑renews until cancelled.
• Premium features include access to built‑in analytics and tools such as the embed message form, editable app details (when available), and priority support. Availability may vary by region and over time.
• Cancel anytime from the Customer Portal at /customer-portal. Access remains until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months.
• If payment fails, your premium access may be paused or downgraded until payment is resolved.

Taxes, Pricing Changes, and Notices:

• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. You are responsible for any taxes due under applicable laws.
• We may modify plan pricing or features; material changes will be communicated in‑app or by email before taking effect.
