By accessing or using Urabin ("the Service"), a social media platform ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Urabin is a social media platform that allows users to create, share, and discover content. Users can follow other accounts, like, repost, quote, comment on posts, bookmark content for later, and interact with their community.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

Account Creation:

Account creation is required for certain features. We use Google OAuth for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Account Responsibilities:

You must provide accurate and complete information and are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. User Content and Conduct

Content Standards:

  • No illegal, harmful, or offensive material
  • No violence, discrimination, or hate speech
  • No intellectual property infringement
  • No malware, viruses, or malicious links
  • No adult or inappropriate content
  • No harassment, bullying, or threats

Prohibited Conduct:

  • Spam, harassment, or abuse of other users
  • Impersonation of individuals or organizations
  • Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions
  • Manipulating engagement metrics artificially

5. Premium Subscription

Urabin offers a Premium subscription that unlocks additional features including profile view analytics and a verified badge. Premium is billed through Dodo Payments.

Premium subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the Customer Portal. No refunds are provided for partial months.

6. Intellectual Property

The Urabin platform, design, logo, and functionality are owned by the Company. Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Private Accounts

Users may set their account to private. Posts from private accounts are only visible to approved followers.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maharashtra, India.
